Our factoring service includes the following:
- Advertisement of property (internet, local press, to let boards)
- Vetting of prospective tenants
- Provision of assured short hold tenancy agreements
- Rent collection on a monthly basis
- Repairs to property carried out at current market rates (all trades)
- 24 hour call out service
- Provision of Energy Performance Certificate
- Cleaning of property at end of tenancy
- Itemisied inventory for fully/partially furnished properties
- Full valuation of the property including detailed survey
- Retention of security deposit
Items not included:
- Building/contents insurance
- Maintenance of garden grounds
- Landlord registration
- Any fees relating to eviction notices
- Replacement of fixtures and fittings
- Repair of any items due to wear and tear
Service costs:
- Initial payment equal to 0.25% of the properties current market value
- Monthly payment of 10% of the rental value
