Our factoring service includes the following:

  1. Advertisement of property (internet, local press, to let boards)
  2. Vetting of prospective tenants
  3. Provision of assured short hold tenancy agreements
  4. Rent collection on a monthly basis
  5. Repairs to property carried out at current market rates (all trades)
  6. 24 hour call out service
  7. Provision of Energy Performance Certificate
  8. Cleaning of property at end of tenancy
  9. Itemisied inventory for fully/partially furnished properties
  10. Full valuation of the property including detailed survey
  11. Retention of security deposit

Items not included:

  1. Building/contents insurance
  2. Maintenance of garden grounds
  3. Landlord registration
  4. Any fees relating to eviction notices
  5. Replacement of fixtures and fittings
  6. Repair of any items due to wear and tear

Service costs:

  1. Initial payment equal to 0.25% of the properties current market value
  2. Monthly payment of 10% of the rental value
