DWT Design are a small family run company based in Tibbermore, Perthshire. We have over 30 years experience in the build environment, ranging from site management to building surveying. In that time we have built and maintain strong links to local structural engineers and building contractors in the Perth area.
We are fully accredited and monitored by the Building Research Establishment to provide Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties, both for resale and rental. These can be provided as part of the Home Buyers Information Pack, on a subcontract b asic or as a stand alone document.
